Prohibited Persons
The following individuals are prohibited from placing wagers or collecting winnings:
● Any persons under the age of 21;
● Any persons on any exclusion list;
● Any individual placing a wager as an agent or proxy, other than those individuals
involved in contests and/or weekly picks approved by the Division of Gaming;
● Any person who is an athlete, coach, referee, player, in, or on, any sports event
overseen by that person's sports governing body;
● A person who holds a position of authority or influence sufficient to exert influence
over the participants in a sporting contest, including, but not limited to, coaches,
managers, handlers, or athletic trainers; and
● A person with access to certain types of exclusive information on any sports event
overseen by that person's sports governing body.
Wager Type Calculations
Calculations for wager types are as follows:
● Moneyline payoff: The money line is expressed as a 3-digit number. For example,
-150 means a player must bet $150 for every $100 they wish to win, and multiples
thereof. Or, +150 means a player will win $150 for every $100 bet.
● Point spread payoff: Bets on the point spread are offered at 10 to 11 odds, unless
otherwise stated. For example, a player must bet $11 to win $10, or $110 to win
$100.
● Parlay payoff – Odds will be calculated based on the prices of the individual
selections.
● Teaser payoff – Odds are derived from a fixed payout chart.
Odds or Line Changes
Patrons will be notified of odds or line changes in the following manner:
● Posted odds will be changed automatically on the online platform.
● Posted changes will be updated within 10 minutes on the electronic boards or the
handwritten boards.
● Non-posted printed media will be updated on a weekly basis with the date of the last
issue.
Sportsbetting.com will accept wagers on currently posted terms unless otherwise posted or
noted on printed media.
Funding of Wagers
You may only bet/wager with the amount of cleared funds held in your account. Accordingly,
if you want to place bets or participate in gaming, you must deposit monies into your
account. SportsBetting will carry out identity checks prior to accepting any wagers on your
behalf. Further details of how to deposit and withdraw funds can be found in our General
Terms and Conditions.
You should only deposit money into your account, for the purpose of you using such money
to place bets/wagers on the Website. We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account
if we reasonably consider or have reason to believe that you are depositing funds without
any intention to place sporting wagers. In such circumstances we may also report this to
relevant authorities.
For payment methods that require a specific account holder, you should only deposit funds
into your gambling account from a source where you are the named account holder. In such
cases where SportsBetting identifies that the named account holder differs from that which
SportsBetting.com holds, we reserve the right to treat any deposits into the gambling
account as being invalid (and any winnings arising from such deposit as void).
Any monies deposited with us will be held by our bank in designated client accounts
separately from our own accounts.
No credit will be offered by any employee of SportsBetting.com, and all bets must be
supported by sufficient funds in the patron account. SportsBetting reserves the right to void
any bet/wager which may have inadvertently been accepted when the account did not have
sufficient funds to cover the bet/wager. Should funds be credited to a patron's account in
error it is the patron's responsibility to inform SportsBetting without delay. SportsBetting will
recover such funds by account adjustment.
Results and market settlement
All bets and wagers are subject to the Betting Coverage provisions (including maximum
winnings) set out in Appendix Two to these Terms and Conditions.
SportsBetting reserves the right to suspend a market and/or cancel any bet/wager at any
time. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. SportsBetting also
reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice.
The 'To Return' calculation available on the Website is for information purposes only, and all
bets will be calculated using the stake/risk at the odds accepted. In multiple bets/parlays with
a void selection(s) the 'To Return' figure is reduced accordingly.
Should a patron include a non-runner or void selection in a multiple bet/parlay, the bet will be
settled on the remaining selections.
Winnings from settled bets/wagers are added to the balance of your betting account. Any
funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and SportsBetting
reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant
amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either at the time or
retrospectively.
SportsBetting reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if
we have evidence that the following has occurred:
● the integrity of the event has been called into question;
● the price(s) or pool has been manipulated; or
● match rigging has taken place.
Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with
SportsBetting across any or all of our betting channels. A decision given by the relevant
governing body of the sport in question (if any) will be conclusive. If any patron owes any
money to SportsBetting for any reason, we have the right to take that into account before
making any payments to that patron.
Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) having
been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, SportsBetting reserves
the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any
subsequent investigation.
For events where there is no official 'off' declared, the advertised start time of the event will
be deemed the 'off'. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match
has commenced (other than live In-Play betting clearly indicated on the Website), bets will
stand providing the final outcome is not known, and that no participant/team has gained any
material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team, etc) at the time the bet was
placed. If the outcome of an event/market is known SportsBetting reserves the right to void
the bet, win or lose. Disputes over times bets are placed will be settled using the transaction
log. All times stated on the Website and/or referred to by SportsBetting staff relate to UK
Time unless stated otherwise.
In-Play betting - where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of
an event is known, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage
(e.g. a score, sending off for the other team etc) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or
lose.
If for any reason we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market (e.g. due to
loss of live pictures), all bets will be void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.
Sportsbetting.com customers are responsible for managing their in-play bets at all times.
Where a patron gives ambiguous instructions, SportsBetting reserves the right to split the
amount of monies staked between the potential outcomes. Where this is impractical we
reserve the right to void the whole of that bet.
Abandonments, Cancellations, Postponements and change of venue
Some markets have different rules and these are listed in the Specific Sports Rules.
However, where a market has no rules in the Specific Sports Rules in relation to an
abandonment, cancellation and/or postponement the following shall apply:
a. In a match between two teams where the participants are named, if any
player is replaced prior to the match starting, all match bets placed prior to the
change will be void, win or lose. Our general betting rules will apply to any
situations not covered by the special rules.
b. Where the official result of a market is a tie and no price was quoted for that
eventuality, all bets on participants involved in the tie will be void and stakes
will be returned.
c. The result of a match or event will be determined on the day of its conclusion
for betting purposes, subject to confirmation by the relevant sport's governing
body. Any subsequent enquiry that may result in an overturned decision will
not be recognized by SportsBetting, and original settlement of bets will stand.
d. If the venue for a sporting event is changed, all bets placed based on the
original venue will be made void and stakes refunded, unless otherwise
stated.
Dead heats
Where selections dead-heat, the stake money is proportioned according to the number of
selections which dead-heat and paid at full-odds.
Errors
SportsBetting will not be liable for any errors in respect of bets or wagers including where:
● There is an Obvious Error in the relevant odds/spreads/handicap/totals/Cash
Out/Edit Bet amount displayed by SportsBetting;
● SportsBetting continues to accept bets or wagers on closed or suspended markets;
● SportsBetting incorrectly calculates or pays a settlement amount, including where a
bet is Cashed Out for the full settlement amount; or
● Any error occurs in a random number generator or pay tables included, incorporated
or used in any game or product.
Incorrect Price - Prior to the start of an event, In-Play or after the event, where an Obvious
Error is identified any bets will stand and be settled at the SportsBetting revised price. Where
a revised price is deemed less than 1/1000 then bets will be void.
Where there is sufficient time before the start of an event, SportsBetting.com will endeavor
to contact the patron and may in our absolute discretion allow the option of cancelling the
bet.
Incorrect Count/Line/Spread/Handicap/Total - Prior to the start of an event, In-Play or
after the event, where an Obvious Error is identified any bets will stand and be settled at the
count, line, spread, handicap or total taken at the SportsBetting revised price except for the
following situations:
i) Where a revised price is deemed less than 1/1000 then bets will be void.
ii) Any bet placed on a count, line, spread, handicap or total where the outcome is already
known when the bet was placed will be void.
Incorrect Cash Out or Edit Bet Amount - Prior to the start of an event, In-Play or after the
event, any bets that have been Cashed Out by the patron or edited by the patron using our
Edit Bet feature where the Cash Out or Edit Bet amount is incorrect (due to an error in the
underlying price) will stand and be resettled at the correct amount.
Where a selection is Cashed Out following an incorrect result the selection will be resettled
on the correct result.
Where there is sufficient time before the start of an event, SportsBetting.com will endeavor
to contact the patron and may in our absolute discretion allow the option of cancelling the
bet.
Incorrect Fixture - Where an incorrect player or team is quoted within a fixture all bets will
be void. Such determination to be in SportsBetting’s absolute discretion.
Incorrect Market - If an incorrect market is quoted for any match or event, bets placed on
that market will be void; other markets may also be void. Such determination to be in
SportsBetting’s absolute discretion.
Late Bets - If for any reason a pre-event bet is inadvertently accepted after a match or event
has commenced, bets will be settled as follows:
If the event and market is covered In-Play then bets will stand at the revised price at the time
the bet was placed (where a revised price is deemed less than 1/1000 then bets will be
void), unless the outcome is already known in which case such bets will be void.
If the event or market is not covered In-Play then the bet will stand as long as the selected
participant or team has not gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the
other team etc). Where a material advantage has been gained, SportsBetting reserves the
right to void the bet, win or lose. Any bet placed where the outcome is already known,
including In-Play, will be made void.
Maximum winnings
The maximum winnings in any 24 hour period for each sport are detailed below and are
exclusive of stake. The maximum winnings are quoted in USD dollars as a base currency in
order to ensure consistency across the world but currency equivalents apply for actual
payouts.
Where a multiple bet has been placed which involves events with different maximum
winnings limits then the lowest limit will apply. All maximum winnings limits apply to any one
patron, or group of patrons acting together, who have placed bets containing the same
selections, including where placed in a series of bets, at a range of prices, over a number of
days using different betting accounts and/or across different betting channels. Should we
have reason to believe that a number of bets have been placed this way, the total payment
of all those bets combined will be limited to one single maximum winnings payout.

Multiples/Parlays
● A multiple bet consists of a number of legs. A leg is defined as one or more chosen
selections in any individual event market.
● Sportsbetting.com reserves the right in its sole discretion not to accept certain
multiple bets or to scale back stakes.
● All multiple bets placed are subject to the Sportsbook Rules that apply to each
individual sport that relates to any leg of any multiple bet.
● If any selection in any leg is a non-runner or otherwise void under the Sportsbook
Rules (e.g. an abandoned match) then all bets on that individual leg will be void and
the multiple bet shall be adjusted accordingly. For example a treble including one
void leg will become a double. If that voided leg means that an individual bet within a
multiple becomes a single bet, then this single bet will stand.
● Multiple bets combining different selections within the same event are not accepted
when there are related contingencies (i.e. where the outcome of one event is likely to
affect the odds on the outcome of another event). The rejection of related
contingency bets may happen automatically at the bet placement stage. However, if
such a bet is taken in error, Sportsbetting.com may settle the individual bet
combinations which include two or more of the related contingency selections, as
single bets.
Cash Out
● Cash Out is a feature which is offered on various singles and multiples
Sportsbetting.com bets. Cash Out allows you to amend your original bet and lock in a
profit or a loss by settling your bet (or a portion of your bet) early, without having to
wait for the event to finish.
● If you make a Cash Out request, you will be notified whether or not your request has
been successful. Your request to Cash Out is not guaranteed to be accepted and
may be unsuccessful if, for example, the market suspends or the odds move before
your request has been processed.
● If your Cash Out request is successful, a ‘success’ message will be shown and your
bet (or the relevant portion of your bet) will be settled immediately and any winnings
returned to your account equal to the amount shown on the Cash Out button. Note
that this includes the original stake (or portion of your stake) and the total amount
returned to your account will be the amount shown on the Cash Out button. For a full
Cash Out, the bet is settled and any subsequent events will have no impact on the
amount returned to your account. For a partial Cash Out, part of your bet is settled
and any subsequent events will only impact on the portion of your bet which you
have not Cashed Out.
● If your Cash Out request is unsuccessful, a message will be shown which gives the
reason why and a new Cash Out offer may be offered to you.
● Cash Out requests made in-play may take longer to process because of the in-play
bet delay.
● Cash Out is not currently available on all Sportsbetting.com markets - a Cash Out
icon will be displayed for the markets that support Cash Out. See the Help page for
more details on when Cash Out may not be available.
● Using Cash Out may mean you will opt out of and no longer be eligible for a
particular promotion. See the terms and conditions of the promotion for further
details.
● Sportsbetting.com reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out if the
bet or a market is settled in error (for example, a human or technical error). If
Sportsbetting.com resettles a bet, this may lead to amendments being made to a
patron's balance to reflect changes in bet settlement.
● Sportsbetting.com reserves the right to suspend or disable the Cash Out feature at
any time.
Miscellaneous
● Sportsbetting.com reserves the right in its sole discretion not to accept certain
Sportsbook bets, or to scale back the stakes.
● All references to time periods in the Sportsbook Rules relate to the time zone in
which the event takes place. For example, a reference to the start time of a football
game, relates to the local kick-off time.
● All information supplied by Sportsbetting.com is done so in good faith. However,
Sportsbetting.com cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions in respect of any
information, such as the posting of prices, runners, times, scores, results or general
statistics.
● Any results or scores of which you may be advised by a Sportsbetting.com employee
or agent (for example during betting in-play) are provided for guidance purposes
only.
● patrons are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy themselves that the selection
on which they place a bet is their intended selection. For example, in the case of a
competitor bearing the same name as another individual not competing in the
relevant event, the onus is on the patron to ensure that they know which competitor
is being referred to in the relevant market and to ensure that they are placing their
bet on their chosen competitor.
● Please be aware that if you place related or corresponding bets on a combination of
Sportsbetting.com’s platforms (and/ or the betting products of other third parties), it is
possible for bets on one product to be voided in accordance with Sportsbetting.com’s
terms and conditions, while bets on another product may stand. You should note that
Sportsbetting.com will have no liability to you in the event that one or more of your
bets on Sportsbetting.com’s products are amended or voided in accordance with
Sportsbetting.com’s terms and conditions, even if your other related bets stand (and
even if you have specifically relied on bets you have placed on one product in order
to place related bets on another product).
● Sportsbetting.com may, in its sole and absolute discretion, decide to suspend betting
on a market at any time (even if such suspension is earlier than anticipated by the
Sportsbook Rules). In the interests of maintaining integrity and fairness in the
markets, Sportsbetting.com may also void certain bets in a market or void a whole
market in its entirety.
● Sportsbetting.com promotions are available at the discretion of Sportsbetting.com
and Sportsbetting.com reserves the right to restrict the availability of a promotion to
any person at its absolute discretion.
● Sportsbetting.com reserves the right, at our discretion, to perform any and all
reasonable investigations on patrons for the purpose of verifying information about
patrons such as source of funds, background history, and creditworthiness.
Aussie Rules
All match markets will be settled including overtime if played unless otherwise
stated. Regulation time must be completed for bets to stand unless otherwise
stated. If the duration of a match is changed by the governing body prior to the
commencement of play, the revised game length will be regarded as the official
regulation time for this match, and all bets will stand as long as this new regulation
time is completed.
If a match is abandoned before full regulation time is played, all bets on that match are void,
except for those markets which have been unconditionally determined.
Any bets on a game not played within 24 hours of the scheduled date, at the time the bet
was struck, will be declared void.
Similarly, any bets on a game played at a different venue will be declared void.
American Football
Abandoned or postponed matches are void unless played in the same NFL weekly schedule
(Thursday - Monday local stadium time) except for those bets that have already been
determined at the time of abandonment or postponement.
If a match venue is changed, bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still

determining the result of a specific market.
For example, a game is abandoned at 20-17: bets on Over/Under 37.5 Game - Total Points
are settled as winners/losers respectively, since any natural conclusion to the game would
have yielded at least 38 points.

Specifically for in-play bets (Result/Outcome of At Bat); if, after placing a bet, the selected
player does not have another plate appearance, bets will be void.
*Total Bases are calculated by adding all hits a player makes as per Single = 1 Base, Double
= 2, Triple = 3, Home Run = 4. Only these count.
MLB Wagers
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are aware of any relevant pitcher changes. For
game Money Line/Total/Run Line Betting there are three options to choose from:

for wagering purposes as the pitcher that throws the initial pitch. Pitchers can be specified
when placing wagers.
In the event of a change in one or both starting pitchers prior to the start of a baseball game
then the Money Line/Total/Run Line Betting may be adjusted. If one scheduled starting
pitcher starts against an unscheduled starting pitcher, or both starting pitchers were

otherwise.

total has already gone over the quoted total, then bets on the over will be settled as winners,
with bets on the under settled as losers) or where the natural conclusion of the game would
have meant the outcome of the total quoted would be determined, e.g. MLB game is called,
or suspended at 5-5, bets on Over 10 or 10.5 would be settled as winners, with bets on
Under 10 or 10.5 being settled as losers, since any natural conclusion to the match would
have at least 11 runs. Specifically for MLB Spring Training matches settlement will be based
on 9 innings only, in instances when the natural conclusion rule could apply.
Team Totals
Subject to 8 ½ innings rule EXCEPT where the team total has already gone over, (if team
total has already gone over the quoted total, then bets on the over will be settled as winners,

Top and bottom of the specified inning must be completed unless settlement has already
been determined.
Leader After 'X' Innings
Top and bottom of the specified inning must be completed for bets to have action, unless the

deemed to be won by match winner.
Race to Markets/Team Totals/Total Hits
8½ innings rule applies unless settlement of bets is already determined, or if the natural
conclusion of the game would have meant the outcome of bets would be determined.

instances when the natural conclusion rule could apply.
If a tied game is called or suspended and the natural conclusion of a game requires a winner
then bets on the relevant Race To quote will be made void. E.g. MLB games are called, or

to win by KO, TKO or disqualification during that round or group of rounds. In the event of a
Technical Decision before the end of the fight, all bets will be settled as a win by Decision. In
the event of a fighter retiring on his stool between Rounds e.g. 9 and 10, it will count as
Round 9 for settlement purposes i.e. the last fully completed round. For fights where a draw
is not possible e.g. Prizefighter, the Draw or Technical Draw is not quoted.
To Go the Distance
For settlement purposes the official designated number of rounds must be fully completed
for bets to be settled as Yes.
Settlement of Wagers
Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant
competition or fixture will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s)
provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official
score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support
bet settlement.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant
conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
Cricket
General
In cases where no odds have been offered for a tie and the match/offer ends in a tie, bets
will be settled according to the so-called “dead-heat” rule where the payout would be
calculated after the odds are divided and multiplied by the stake, irrespective of whether the
net payout is lower than the Account Holder's stake. Should such provision be in place it
would be listed in conjunction with the bet offer. In competitions where other means are used
to determine a winner after a tie (‘Bowl out’ or ‘Super over’) then offers will be settled based
on the result after such prolongations are completed.
“Highest Opening Partnership” requires that both sides complete their opening partnerships
with the exception of those situations where an outcome has already been determined.
“Batting” Head to Heads requires that both players be at the batting crease while a ball is
bowled, though not necessarily facing a ball. In case either batsman’s innings is not
completed bets will be voided with the exception of those situations where an outcome has
already been determined.
“Bowling” Head to Head requires that both players bowl at least 1 ball for bets to stand.
Total “Batsman Runs” (Over/Under) require the innings to be completed. In cases where a
batsman's innings is ended by weather or bad light, all bets where a result has not been
determined will be declared void. A result is deemed to have been determined if a Batsman
has passed the Run total at which the bet was accepted, has been dismissed or an innings
is declared. For example, if a Batsman's score stands at 50 ‘Not-Out’ when a game or
innings is terminated due to bad light or rain, all bets on 50.5 Runs will be voided. However,
all bets on “Over 49.5 Runs” will be considered as winning while bets on “Under 49.5 Runs”
will be settled as losing. Should a batsman retire due to injury, his score at the end of his
team's innings will be considered as the result for that bet.
In “Fall Of Next Wicket” betting should either batsman retire due to injury before a result has
been determined and all bets will be declared void. A result is deemed to have been
determined if the Innings total has passed the Run total at which the bet was accepted. If a
team declares or reaches their target, the total achieved by the batting team will be the result
of the market. If a partnership is disrupted due to weather all bets will stand, unless there is
no further play in the match. In such cases all bets where a result has not been determined
will be declared void.
“Next Over” betting (Over/Under & Odd/Even), extras are included for settlement purposes.
Bets will be void if the Over is not completed unless a result has already been determined.
Market refers only to the listed Over (e.g. “5th Over” refers to Over number 5, i.e. the Over
directly following Over Number 4).
In “Race to X Runs” both players must open the batting for bets to stand.
For “First Over” Runs the Over must be completed for bets to stand, unless the maximum
range offered has already been achieved. Any Extras count for settlement purposes.
For “First Scoring Play” betting, should Runs be scored from a “No ball”, extras will be
deemed as the winner.
In “Wicket 1st Over” betting the Over must be completed for bets to stand, unless a wicket
has already fallen.
In “Next Man Out” betting bets will be settled as void if either player retires due to injury
before the wicket falls or there are no further wickets. Both named Batsmen must be batting
at the fall of the nominated wicket for bets to stand.
For “Method of Dismissal” betting bets will be void if either player retires due to injury before
the wicket falls or there are no further wickets. ‘Any Other’ includes hit wicket, handled ball,
obstructing the field, timed out or hit the ball twice.
For Odd/Even betting a ball must be bowled for bets to stand.
"Top Batsman" and "Top Bowler" bets placed on any player not in the starting 11 will be
declared void. Bets on players who are selected but do not bat or field will be settled as
losers.
Settlement of betting on "Wides" will be based on the "Runs" scored from "Wides" and not
the number of "Wides" bowled.
Limited Overs (including One-Day Internationals, Twenty20s & Domestic One-Day cricket)
Should a match be transferred to a ‘reserve’ day, all bets will remain valid.
Head to Head betting pays on official results. In the event of a tie, dead heat rules apply
unless a subsequent tiebreaker method is used to determine the winner (e.g. super over,
bowl-off), in which case the outcome will be settled on the result of this method. Should the
match be declared a 'no-result' all bets are void. Any other betting on the match (example
High Bats, Most Sixes, Batting & Bowling Head to Heads etc.) will not include any outcomes
deriving after the dispute of the tiebreaker.
“Top Batsman/Bowler” requires a minimum of 20 overs to be bowled per innings of a One
Day Match, unless a team is All-Out or the match is completed, or a minimum of 5 overs to
be bowled per innings of a Twenty 20 match, unless a team is All-Out or the match is
completed.
For “Total Team Runs” betting, all bets will be declared as void should the number of Overs
be reduced due to weather, or any other reason, from the standard scheduled number of
Overs in a Twenty 20 match or any other limited Overs match. Should the outcome of such
offers be already decided before the interruption and no further play would possibly change
the outcome of such bets, then these will be settled accordingly.
For “Highest 1st 6/15 Overs” bets will be void if both teams do not face the full amount of
overs unless target has been reached or the team has been bowled out. In the event of a tie
dead heat rules apply.
For “Most Fours/Sixes/Wides/Run-outs” betting, should the intervention of rain (or any other
delay) result in the number of Overs being reduced from those initially scheduled at the time
the bet was accepted, then all open bets will be declared void granted that the reduction per
Innings is of 3 or more Overs in a Twenty 20 match, and of 5 or more in other limited Overs
matches. In case that the reduction per Innings is of 2 or less Overs in a Twenty 20 match,
and of 4 or less Overs in other limited Overs matches bets will stand. Should the outcome of
such offers be already decided before the interruption and no further play would possibly
change the outcome of such bets, then these will be settled accordingly.
For “Winning Margin” bets are void if there is any reduction in the original scheduled Overs
for either team.
Highest Individual Score bets are void if there is any reduction in scheduled Overs for either
team unless a “Century” has already been scored.
In the Team of Highest Individual Score there must be an official match result for bets to
stand.
For “Team of Top Batsman” betting, should the intervention of rain (or any other delay) result
in the number of Overs being reduced from those initially scheduled at the time the bet was
accepted, then all open bets will be declared void granted that the reduction per Innings is of
3 or more Overs in a Twenty 20 match, and of 5 or more in other limited Overs matches. In
case that the reduction per Innings is of 2 or less Overs in a Twenty 20 match, and of 4 or
less Overs in other limited Overs matches bets will stand. Should the outcome of such offers
be already decided before the interruption and no further play would possibly change the
outcome of such bets, then these will be settled accordingly. In the event of a tie, dead heat
rules apply.
For “Fifty/Century in Match” betting, should the intervention of rain (or any other delay) result
in the number of Overs being reduced from those initially scheduled at the time the bet was
accepted, then all open bets on Most Sixes/Run-Outs will be declared void granted that the
reduction per Innings is of 3 or more Overs in a Twenty 20 match, and of 5 or more in other
limited Overs matches. In case that the reduction per Innings is of 2 or less Overs in a
Twenty 20 match, and of 4 or less Overs in other limited Overs matches bets will stand.
Should the outcome of such offers be already decided before the interruption and no further
play would possibly change the outcome of such bets, then these will be settled accordingly.
Test Matches/First Class Matches (including domestic cricket e.g. Sheffield Shield)
If a match is officially abandoned (e.g. due to dangerous pitch conditions) then all undecided
bets on the match are void.
In “Draw No Bet” offers, bets are void if the match ends in a draw or tie.
In “Double Chance” offers, bets will be void if the match ends in a tie.
Settlement of “Most Points” offers will be based on who has the most points awarded for the
match (e.g. Sheffield Shield).
Top Run Scorer in Innings
Which batsman will score the most runs for the named team?
The result of this market is determined on the batsman with the highest individual score
in a team’s innings.
In Test or First Class Matches Top Run Scorer bets will be void if fewer than 60 overs
are bowled in the Innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless the
Innings has reached a natural conclusion.
In One Day Internationals and other 50 Over limited overs matches, Top Run scorer bets
will be void if the scheduled number of overs for the innings is reduced by 25 or more
overs after the bet was placed.
In Twenty20 matches Top Run scorer bets will be void if the scheduled number of overs
for the Innings is reduced by 10 or more overs after the bet was placed.
When two or more players score the same number of runs in the innings dead-heat rules
will apply.
Runs scored in a super over do not count.
Top Wicket-Taker in Innings
Which bowler will take the most wickets for the named team?
The result of this market is determined on the bowler with the highest individual number
of wickets in an individual innings.
In Test or First Class Matches Top Wicket-Taker bets will be void if fewer than 60 overs
are bowled in the Innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless the
Innings has reached a natural conclusion.
In One Day Internationals and other 50 Over limited overs matches, Top Wicket-Taker
bets will be void if the scheduled number of overs for the innings is reduced by 25 or
more overs after the bet was placed.
In Twenty20 matches Top Runscorer bets will be void if the scheduled number of overs
for the Innings is reduced by 10 or more overs after the bet was placed.
When two or more players take the same number of wickets in the innings dead-heat
rules will apply.
If no bowlers take a wicket in an innings then all bets will be void.
Wickets taken in a super over do not count.
Batsman Runs
How many runs will the named batsman score?
If the batsman finishes the innings not out, as a result of a declaration, the team
reaching the end of their allotted overs, or the team reaching their target; his score will
be the final result. If a batsman does not bat, the bet will be void. If a batsman is not in
the starting 11, bets will be void.
If a batsman retires hurt, but returns later, the total runs scored by that batsman in the
innings will count. If the batsman does not return later, the final result will be as it stood
when the batsman retired.
In One Day Internationals and other 50 Over limited overs matches, Batsman runs bets
will be void if the scheduled number of overs for the innings is reduced by 5 or more
overs after the bet was placed, unless settlement is already determined.
In Twenty20 matches Batsman runs bets will be void if the scheduled number of overs
for the Innings is reduced by 3 or more overs after the bet was placed unless settlement
is already determined.
Runs scored in a super over do not count.
“Session Runs” betting requires 20 overs to be bowled in a session for bets to stand.
For “Test Match Finish” offers, where a match ends in a draw, the winner will be deemed as
‘Day 5, Session 3’.
“Highest Opening Partnership” offers apply to first innings only.
“First Innings Lead” offers require both teams to be bowled out or declare their first innings
for bets to stand. In the event of a tie, dead heat rules apply.
“First Innings Century” offers require 50 overs to be bowled unless a result has already been
determined or the innings has reached its natural conclusion (including innings declared).
For "Fifty/Century/Double Century in match" in either Test or First class matches, bets will be
void in drawn matches where the number of Overs bowled is less than 200, unless a result
has already been determined.
For "Fifty/Century/Double Century in match" in ‘Home/Away 1st Innings’ of either Test or
First class matches, bets will be void unless the Innings reaches its natural conclusion
(including ‘Innings declared’) or a result has already been determined.
For "Fifty/Century/Double Century in match" in Either 1st Innings of either Test or First class
matches, bets will be void unless both Innings reach their natural conclusion (including
‘Innings declared’) or a result has already been determined.
For "Fifty/Century/Double Century in match" in ‘Home/Away 2nd Innings’ of either Test or
First class matches, bets will be void in case the number of Overs bowled for that Innings is
less than 50, unless a result has already been determined.
Series/Tournament Betting
Should no draw odds be offered for a “Series Winner” bet and the series is drawn, all bets
will be declared void.
If a tournament is not completed but a winner or winners are declared by the governing
body, bets are paid on the winner(s) as declared (dead heat might apply). Should no winner
be declared then all bets will be settled as void.
All tournament betting includes Finals, unless otherwise stated.
If for any reason, the number of matches in a Series is changed and does not reflect the
number envisaged in the offer all “Series Correct Score” offers will be declared void.
In “Top Series Run Scorer/Wicket Taker” offers where a tie occurs, dead heat rules apply.
No refunds will be issued on players not participating. At least one game must be completed
in the tournament/series for bets to stand.
Bets referring to a particular player/teams' performances in a Series/Tournament will not
take into account any statistics accumulated from warm-up matches.
Cycling
Settlement of offers will be based upon the rider/team achieving the highest position at the
end of the stage/event.
The decisive factor in settling bets will be the highest placing in the specified event as listed
by the official organization at the time of the podium presentation, disregarding subsequent
disqualifications, changes to the official result, etc.
All "Head to Head" and “Over/Under” bets featuring the performance of one or more riders in
an event/stage are considered valid given that all listed riders start the relative event/stage
and at least one completes the said event/stage.
Bets referring to the outcome upon completion of the event require that the specified event is
considered as completed in full and its result is declared, otherwise bets will be declared
void, unless the result is already determined. In case the full number of stages for an event
is not totally completed, or if the organizers decide to remove the result of certain stages
from the computation of the official result, then the bets will be deemed valid granted that the
number of the excluded stages does not exceed 25% of the pre-established number of
stages (excluding prologue) at the beginning of the competition.
All bets will be deemed as valid provided that the Event, or the relative stage to which the
bet refers to, is played within the same year, unless other arrangements have been agreed
to.
Bets on performances in a particular stage stand regardless of any route modifications which
the organizers might deem fit to consider and apply during the stage. Exception to this is the
case where a stage which has particular characteristics (E.g.: a Mountains stage) is changed
by the organizers, before the stage starts, into a stage which has other predominant
characteristics (E.g.: Time Trial or low-lying stage). In such case bets which have been
placed before the announcement of the change in stage concept will be declared void.
Unless otherwise specified, in a team/rider performance bet offer in a specific event (such as
Total Stage wins by Team/Rider X in Tour Y) or "Head to Head" bet offers involving two
riders/teams performances in specific events, occurrences happening in events which are
given any of the following denominations will not count towards the settlement: Prologue,
Team Time Trial.
Darts
Outright Betting
Non-runner no-bet. Outright markets may be subject to a Rule 4 (Deduction).
Pre-Game Match Betting
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next
round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes. For
Premier League darts events, match betting may be offered in the form of 3-Way, and 2-Way
markets. For settlement purposes the 3-Way market includes the Tie option. Bets will be
void in the 2-Way market if the match result is a tie.
In-Play Betting
Bets on any match market abandoned before the full completion of the statutory number of
legs/sets will be void, except for those bets the outcome of which has already been
determined at the time of abandonment. For example, Total Legs quote has been exceeded
at the time of abandonment.
Handicap 2-Way and 3-Way Leg Betting/Set Betting
In the event of the statutory number of legs/set not being completed, changed, or differing
from those offered for betting purposes then all bets are void. All bets will be void if the
match is not completed.
Total Legs/Sets
If a match is not completed then all bets are void unless the quote has been exceeded.
Most 180s
All bets are void if the match is not completed.
Double Result (Legs/Sets)
Predict the result after the specified number of legs/sets and the overall winner of the match.
All bets are void if the match is not completed.
eSports
Settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of
the specified competition, broadcast or game API. Non-runner no bet. Outright and Group
markets may be subject to a Rule 4 (Deduction).
An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a non-runner for settlement purposes
unless it is played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
Bets will be void if the fixture is listed incorrectly.
In the event of a team name change occurring as a result of a team leaving an organization,
joining another organization or officially changing their name, all bets will stand.
If a match is played before the scheduled start date/time, then all bets placed after the actual
starting time will be void. All bets placed before the actual starting time will stand.
Match Markets
If a match or map is replayed due to a draw, the replayed match or map will be treated as a
separate entity. In the event of a match or map starting but not being completed, then all
bets will be void unless after the start of the match a player is disqualified, in which case the
player/team progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory by the governing
body of the specified competition, broadcast or game API will be deemed the winner for
settlement purposes.
If a player / team is given a walkover on at least one map before the match starts, all bets
will be void.
If a team receives a map advantage in accordance with specific tournament format and
rules, the team in receipt of the map, will be considered the map winner for settlement
purposes.
If a match or map is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player related technical
problem, pre-game bets will stand on the replayed match or map in accordance with the
official result. All In-Play bets on the affected match or map will be void unless the outcome
is already determined, and the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity.
Match Markets - Bets are void if the statutory number of maps are changed, or differ from
those offered for betting purposes. In the event of a fixture starting but not being completed,
bets will be void unless the outcome is already determined.
If a match is won by a team surrendering, the match will be deemed as completed and all
bets will stand.
Floorball
All floorball bets will be settled on 60 minutes play unless specifically stated otherwise. If 60
minutes play is not completed for any reason then all bets will be void.
Betting In Play
All floorball bets in running will be settled on 60 minutes play unless specifically stated
otherwise. When scores are displayed in running, every effort is made to ensure the
accuracy of the score and game situation. However no liability is accepted for incorrect
information displayed.
If a match is abandoned all bets will be void, except for those markets which have been
unconditionally determined. If an official result is declared then all bets stand.
Period Betting - 20 mins only
Each 20 minute period is treated as a separate 'mini-match' and therefore your selection
must score more goals than the other team within the chosen period to win. Any existing
score in the match is not carried forward, and so for the purposes of Period Betting, every
period is considered as starting 0-0, as no goals have yet been scored in the period.
For example, if your selected team wins a match 2-0, scoring in the 1st and 3rd periods, the
period scores would be 1-0, 0-0 and 1-0. If you had bet on the team to win "2nd Period
Betting - 20 mins only", although your team won the match, the winning selection for Period
2 would actually be "Draw".
Football
Abandoned Matches
If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on that match will be made void
except where settlement has already been determined. For example, where the first goal
has been scored by a named player the First Goalscorer and Time of First Goal markets,
amongst others, will stand. This rule will apply even if the governing body declare that the
result of the shortened match will stand for competition purposes.
Acceptance of Bets
All football bets will be settled on 90 minutes play (also referred to as Full-time and normal
time), unless otherwise stated. This denotes the period of play which includes time added by
the Referee for injuries and other stoppages. This does not include scheduled extra time, or
Penalty shoot-outs, if played.
If a match takes place but is not completed as advertised (e.g. is not a 90 minute match, or
is split into 3 periods rather than 2 halves) then all bets on the match will be void.
In matches where penalty shoot outs or extra time are due to take place, all bets are settled
on 90 minutes unless an Outright price is specifically requested and confirmed at the time
the bet is placed.
For matches played at neutral venues, the team listed on the left are still classed as the
'home' team for settlement purposes.
A club team playing a European competition is classed as playing at home if the fixture is
moved from the team's usual ground to another ground within their national boundaries, e.g.
when Arsenal played their Champions League home ties at Wembley.
If a match is no longer played at the venue advertised, bets will stand as long as the venue
remains in the same country and is not switched to the opponent's ground. Should this
occur, all bets will be void.
Where we have not quoted prices on a match, any single bet on that match will be void and
treated as a non-runner in multiple bets.
If any team starts a 90 minute competitive game with less than 11 players, all bets on that
match will be made void.
Anycast (Player to Score at Anytime and Correct Score)
To win you must successfully forecast a player to score a goal at anytime in a selected
match and also the correct score after 90 minutes play.
For Player to Score at Anytime settlement purposes, own goals do not count, so in this
circumstance, the Anycast will be settled on the next Goalscorer and Correct Score of the
game. If the correct score is 1-0 and the goal is an own goal, Scorecast bets are settled as a
correct score single.
If a match is abandoned prior to the completion of 90 minutes and goals have been scored,
Anycast bets that include players that have scored are settled as winning Player to Score at
Anytime singles. All other bets are void.
Anytime Correct Score
This market offers betting on the chosen selection being the score at any time within 90
minutes of the match. Where a match finishes 0-0 after 90 minutes, all selections will be
losers. Extra time does not count.
Asian Line Betting
Asian Line bets are placed on either the favored team to overcome a handicap (-goals) or
on the opposing team receiving a handicap on top of their actual score (+goals). This betting
market is made up of the Handicap Line and the Money Line.
Assist Markets
Assists - Definition
Assists are awarded to the player from the goal scoring team, who makes the final pass
before a goal is scored. An assist is awarded whether the pass was intentional (that it
actually creates the chance) or unintentional (that the player had to dribble the ball or an
inadvertent touch or shot created the chance).
If an opposing player touches the ball after the final pass before a goal is scored,
significantly altering the intended destination of the ball, then no assist is awarded.
Rebounds
If a shot on goal is blocked by an opposition player, is saved by a goalkeeper or hits the
woodwork, and a goal is scored from the rebound, then an assist is awarded.
Own Goals
If a player shoots or passes the ball and forces an opposing player to put the ball in his own
net, then an assist is not awarded.
Penalties and Free-Kicks
Directly taken free kicks, direct corner goals and penalties do not get an assist awarded..
In the event of a 0-0, or the match resulting in any scoreline that doesn't involve an assist,
"No Assist" will be deemed the winner.
If a match is abandoned before an assist is awarded, all bets are void. This includes 'No
Assist' bets as these are offered on the basis of 90 minutes being played in the game. If the
match is abandoned after an assist is awarded, all bets will stand.
Other selections are available on request.
All bets are 90 minutes only.
Pre-Match
First Assist:
The winner of the First Assist will be the player who is credited with the first assist of the
game, and not who assists the first goal of the game. e.g. In the event that no assist is
awarded for the first goal, then the bet will roll over onto the assist for the goal after this and
so on, until a goal is scored with an assist which is officially awarded.
Stakes are refunded on any player who takes no part in the match or who comes on as a
substitute after the first assist has been awarded.
Anytime Assist:
Stakes are refunded on any player who takes no part in the match. All players taking part at
any point of the match are deemed to have played for the purposes of Anytime Assist bets.
Betting In Play
Next Assist
Bets struck apply to the next assist awarded in the match. All bets apply to assists awarded
in 90 minutes only. Extra-time does not count.
In the event no assist is awarded for the goal after the bet has been placed, then the bet will
roll over onto the assist for the goal after this and so on, until a goal is scored with an assist
which is officially awarded.
In the event of there being no more assists awarded after the bet has been struck, in 90
minutes, "No Assist" will be deemed to have been the outcome.
Where there is a dispute concerning who assisted a goal in a match, settlement will be
based upon the result declared by the official website of the governing body of the
competition (For example, PremierLeague.com for Premier League matches, or UEFA.com
for European World Cup Qualifiers, European Championships, Champions League and
Europa League matches). Any subsequent amendments made by the official website to their
initial decision will not apply.
Both Teams To Score
A prediction on both teams to score a goal in the match.
If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on this market will be made void
except where settlement has already been determined. For example, if both teams have
already scored at the point the match is abandoned then "Yes" will be settled as the winner.
1st Goalscorer and Both Teams To Score
For the bet to win, the selected player must score the 1st goal in the game and both teams
must score. Example: If Rashford scores first in the Manchester United v Everton match, and
the final score was 2-1, then "Rashford and Both Teams to Score" will be the winning
selection.
If the selected player does not start the match, or comes on after the first goal is scored, the
bet will go onto the "Both teams to Score" market.
If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on this market will be made void
except where settlement has already been determined. For example, if both teams have
already scored at the point the match is abandoned then the first scoring player and "Yes"
will be settled as the winner. Where a match is abandoned after the first goal has been
scored and accredited to a player (an own goal does not count), but both teams have not
scored, the bet will be settled on the First Player to Score market.
Match Result With Both Teams To Score
A prediction on the result at the end of normal time and both teams to score a goal in the
match.
If the match is abandoned after it has commenced, bets will be void regardless if both teams
have scored or not.
Both Teams To Score - 1st Half
A prediction on both teams to score a goal in the 1st Half.
If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on this market will be made void
except where settlement has already been determined. For example, if both teams have
already scored at the point the match is abandoned then "Yes" will be settled as the winner.
Both Teams To Score - 2nd Half
A prediction on both teams to score a goal in the 2nd Half.
If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on this market will be made void
except where settlement has already been determined. For example, if both teams have
already scored at the point the match is abandoned then "Yes" will be settled as the winner.
Both Teams to Score in Both Halves
The 90 minute match is treated as two separate 45 minute 'mini-matches' and therefore both
teams must score a goal in each of the two halves.
If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on this market will be made void
except where settlement has already been determined. For example, if both teams have
already scored in Both Halves at the point the match is abandoned then "Yes" will be settled
as the winner.
Both Teams to Score and Over 2.5 Goals in the match
A prediction on both teams to score a goal and 3 goals or more scored in the match.
An example of this is "Arsenal 1 - 2 Chelsea" would be a winner but "Arsenal 1 - 1 Chelsea"
and "Arsenal 0 - 3 Chelsea" would be settled as losers.
If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on this market will be made void
except where settlement has already been determined. For example, if both teams have
already scored with over 2.5 goals at the point the match is abandoned then "Yes" will be
settled as the winner.
Cards/Bookings Markets
Tournaments
The total number of bookings that occur within a specified UEFA or FIFA tournament. The
official result from the UEFA or FIFA website will be used for settlement.
Matches
All Cards and Bookings markets below are for 90 minutes only, so any bookings that take
place in extra time do not count for betting purposes. Cards cancelled by the referee during
the course of the match, cards shown to any non-playing staff or non-active players and
cards shown before kick off or after the final whistle do not count. Cards shown during the
half-time interval count towards 2nd half and full time markets.
These bets cannot be combined with any other bets on the same match. Should this bet be
accepted in error, it will be settled by equally dividing the stake unit where the related
outcomes clash.
For all markets relating to booking points, the following rules apply:
● Yellow card is 10 points
● Red card is 25 points
● Second yellow cards are ignored so a maximum of 35 points can be awarded per
player
For all markets relating to cards, the following rules apply:
● Yellow card counts as 1
● Red card counts as 2
● Second yellows are ignored so a maximum of 3 cards can be awarded per player
Player To Receive First Card
Where the selection does not take part or comes on after the first card is received, the bet
will be void.
Where more than one player is booked within the same break of play, the first player to
actually be shown the card by the referee will be settled as the winner.
Corners Double Result
This market offers betting on which team is awarded the most corners in the first half, and
then which team is awarded the most corners in the second half.
Correct Score Betting
Bets are settled on the final score of a particular match, or on a number of matches, at the
end of 90 minutes play.
Divisional Betting
Bets are settled on the final League positions at the end of the scheduled season,
irrespective of what happens in the Divisional play-offs, with bets on 'who will win' a league
being settled on the team who lift the trophy. Bets will stand on any team that does not
complete all of its fixtures.
Divisional Regulation
The prices are for the team(s) to finish or not finish in the stipulated number of Relegation
places at the start of the season.
If a team is expelled from the competition by the governing body, bets on that selection will
be deemed voided.
If a team is awarded a points deduction, this is included for relegation purposes.
Double Chance
Bets are settled on the following possible outcomes in a specified football match - e.g. Celtic
versus Rangers would appear as:
● Home/Draw - Celtic to win/Match to end in a draw
● Away/Draw - Rangers to win/Match to end in a draw
● Home/Away - Celtic to win/Rangers to win
● Normal 90 minutes betting rules apply.
Draw No Bet
Which team will win the match? If the game finishes in a draw then stakes will be refunded.
Extra Time Betting
Extra time is defined as any scheduled period of play between the end of normal time (i.e. 90
minutes play plus any time added on for stoppages) and the end of the game.
Extra time does not include penalty shoot outs.
All extra time betting markets, such as 'Correct Score', or 'Time of First Goal', will start from
the beginning of extra time and not include normal time. For example, if the game finishes
2-2 at the end of normal time and there are no goals scored in extra time, the 'extra time
correct score' market will be settled as '0-0'.
1st Goalscorer - Odd/Even Goal Minute
1. The bet is made up of two separate selections. The first player to score and the time
of goal as an odd or an even number.
2. Both parts of the selection need to be correct for the bet to be deemed a winner.
3. If the First Player to Score selection has taken no part in the game at the time of the
first goal the bet will be void.
4. If the game finishes goalless the bet will be deemed a loser unless your selection has
taken no part in the game in which case the bet will be made void.
5. Bets will be settled on the first result announced by the official source/governing body
or alternatively the official website of the relevant event.
6. If the first goal is scored in injury time at the end of either half the bet will be settled
on the official result that is announced. For example, if the first goal is scored in the
3rd minute of first half injury time and the official source/governing body or
alternatively the official website of the relevant event announce the time of goal as
the 45th minute, then for settlement purposes the goal will be deemed to have been
scored in an 'Odd' minute.
1st Half Result/2nd Half Result
Patrons are asked to predict the result for each separate half in one 90-minute game. For
example if Lincoln play Dagenham and lead 1-0 at half time and the game then finishes 1-0
after 90 mins, the result will be settled as Lincoln winning the first half and the draw as the
result in the second half.
First Match to X (Tournament)
Where "First Match to X" lists only limited selections, others will be available on request.
Where no match in the tournament meets the requirement all bets will be void. Where
matches are scheduled to kick-off simultaneously, if these are the first matches to meet the
requirement, dead heat rules apply regardless of time of final whistle (0-0) or times of goals
scored (4/5 goals).
First Player to be Substituted
The player whose shirt number is displayed by the official first will be settled as the winner. If
two or more players are substituted at half-time, dead heat rules will apply.
First team to score in first half / First team to score in second half
IF NO GOAL is NOT offered in this market and there is no goal scored in the specific half
bets on either team will be losers
Goal Bands
Bets are settled on the total number of goals to be scored during 90 minutes play from the
following 3 options:
● 0 or 1
● 2 or 3
● 4 or more
This bet can be placed on individual matches or can be combined with other selections in an
accumulator.
Goal Line
Bets are settled on whether there will be more or less total goals scored in a particular match
than the number stated. The line is either a single line (e.g. 2.5) or split line (e.g. 2/2.5) Bets
can be placed either Over or Under the goal-line.
If the total number of goals equals the goal-line, stakes are refunded. Normal 90 minutes
match betting rules apply.
Goalscorer Bets
All Goalscorer bets are offered on selected major games as advertised. Bets are settled on
the player to score in the match within 90 minutes.
We will make every effort to quote prices for all probable players. However, prices for
unquoted players will always be available on request and those players will count as winners
in the event that they score.
If the only goal scored within 90 minutes is an own goal, then 'no Goalscorer' will be deemed
to have been the outcome.
If a match is abandoned before a goal is scored, all bets are void. This includes 'no
Goalscorer' bets as these are offered on the basis of 90 minutes being played in the game. If
the match is abandoned after goals have been scored, all first Goalscorer bets will stand, any
Player to Score at Anytime bets already determined will be paid as winners, but all other
Goalscorer bets will be void.
Where there is a dispute concerning who scored the goals in a match, bets are settled on
the first result published by the official source/governing body or alternatively the official
website of the relevant event, immediately after the match/event is finished. Any subsequent
corrections or amendments to this result will not apply for settlement purposes.
If the result is not immediately available from the official source/governing body or the official
website of the relevant event, or there is significant evidence that the official
source/governing body or official website is incorrect, we will use independent sources such
as Press Association to decide settlement.
In the absence of any consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant
conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
First Goalscorer
Stakes are refunded on any player who takes no part in the match or who comes on as
substitute after the first goal has been scored. Own goals do not count for First Goalscorer
purposes and are ignored for settlement purposes. On some matches the First Goalscorer
betting may be limited to one specific team.
Last Goalscorer
All players taking part at any point of the match are deemed to have played for the purposes
of Last Goalscorer bets, irrespective of whether they were on the pitch at the time the last
goal is scored. Own goals do not count.
Score at Any Time/Score a Hat-Trick
All players taking part at any point of the match are deemed to have played for settling
purposes. Own goals do not count.
Next Goalscorer (In-Play)
Requires you to predict the player that will score the next goal in the match. Only available
In-Play. 90 minutes only, unless otherwise stated.
All players that have taken some part in the game before the next goal is scored will be
deemed runners. Bets on players that do not take any part in the game before the next goal
is scored will be void.
If there are no further goals scored "No Goalscorer" will be the winning selection. If no price
is offered for "No Goalscorer" and no further goals are scored then all bets on the market will
be void.
If odds are quoted for an own goal, where the next goal is an own goal bets on named
players to score the next goal will be settled as losers. If own goal is not offered the market
will be settled on the next goal following the own goal.
Goalscorer Match Bets
When we have a match bet for two players in the same game, both players must start the
match for bets to stand. If either player fails to start, all bets are void.
Tournament Goalscorer Match Bets
Bets stand if at least one player plays and scores. Bets are void if neither player takes part in
the tournament or if both players finish on equal goals.
Half-time Betting
Half-time betting is available on certain matches. Bets are settled on the result of the match
at the end of the first half (i.e. at the end of 45 minutes, including injury time). Bets will be
void if the match is abandoned before Half Time . Singles and upwards are available.
Half-time/Full-time (Double Result Forecast Betting)
Half-time/Full-time (Double result forecast) betting is available on most matches where
Home/Away/Draw prices are quoted. Bets are settled based on the result of the match at
both half-time and full-time (i.e. at the end of 45 minutes and 90 minutes, including injury
time). Bets will be void if the match is abandoned prior to the completion of 90 minutes play.
Singles and upwards are available.
Handicap Betting
Handicap bets are settled on the basis that one of the teams is given a goal(s) start. Bets are
settled by adding (or subtracting) the goal start to the 90 minutes result.
Highest Scoring Team/Match
Bet on which team/match will produce the most goals on a given match day. In the event of
a tie, dead heat rules apply unless the price for a tie is quoted.
Only the named games count for betting purposes. If five or more games are offered and two
or more of the games are postponed, then all bets are void. If fewer than five games are
offered and one or more of the games are postponed, then all bets are void.
How many times will the Woodwork be Hit?
For the settlement of this bet we will count every instance in which the ball hits the woodwork
- i.e. the posts or crossbar - during active play. If the ball hits the woodwork after the referee
has stopped play it will not count. Instances where the ball hits the woodwork twice or more
in succession will count separately.
Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count for the purposes of this bet.
How will my Football bet on a Cup Tie be settled?.
All football bets will be settled on 90 minutes play (also referred to as Full-time and normal
time). This denotes the period of play which includes time added by the Referee for injuries
and other stoppages. This does not include scheduled extra time, or Penalty
shoot-outs, if played.
In Cup matches where penalty shoot outs or extra time are due to take place, all bets are
settled on 90 minutes unless an Outright (i.e. 'To Qualify' or 'Cup Winner') price is
specifically requested and confirmed at the time the bet is placed.
How will the First Goal be Scored?
In the 'How will the First Goal be Scored' markets, patrons are betting on whether the first
goal in a game will be scored - left leg, right leg, head or any other part of the body.
If the goal is credited to a player but deflects off another player before going in to the goal,
that deflection is not taken into account. For example, if a player hits the ball with his left foot
but the ball deflects off a defender's knee in to the goal, 'left foot' remains the winning
selection.
Own goals do not count for this market - if the goal is deemed to be an own goal all bets will
be settled on the next goal.
Injury Time
Unless the market states otherwise, betting on injury time relates to the second half injury
time only.
Last Team to Score
Bets are settled on the team to score the last goal in a match. Own Goals DO count for this
market - e.g. Chelsea are playing Spurs and the last goal is an own goal by a Chelsea
player. Spurs are awarded the goal, so Spurs would be the winner in the 'Last team to score'
market. Normal 90 minutes betting rules apply.
Man of The Match
The market will be settled as follows:
● We will settle in accordance with the man of the match announced in commentary
during the live broadcasting of the match.
● If there is no announcement during the match, we will settle in accordance with the
man of the match award presented during the live broadcasting of the match.
● If there is no presentation during the broadcast, we will settle in accordance with the
player quoted as man of the match on the broadcasting channel’s official website.
For example, if the match was shown on Sky Sports, the official website would be
www.skysports.com.
● If the broadcaster's official website does not quote a player as being man of the
match, we will settle on the player quoted as man of the match on the website of the
governing body for that competition. For example, the FA would be the governing
body in relation to matches in the FA Cup.
In the event that the match is shown live on two channels we will settle in the following way:
● We will settle on the player quoted as man of the match on the website of the
governing body for that competition. For example, UEFA would be the governing
body in relation to matches in the Champions League.
If we are still unable to settle the market via the methods described above, then all bets on
the Man of the Match market will be void.
Bets placed on players that take any part in the match will stand. A bet on a player that does
not take any part in the match will be void.
We will also be able to offer a price, upon request, on any player not quoted in the market.
Any unquoted player will be deemed the winner should they receive the man of the match
award.
Mythical Matches
In our 'mythical match' markets, patrons are betting on which of two selected teams will
score more goals in their respective games that weekend.
For example - a mythical match might be England vs Argentina, when England are actually
playing Scotland, and Argentina are actually playing Brazil. If England beat Scotland 2-0 and
Brazil and Argentina draw 1-1, then the Mythical match score is 2-1 to England.
If both teams score the same number of goals, then the 'draw' option is the winner.
Next Permanent Manager
Next Team Manager
Who will be appointed as the next first team manager of the named club?
1. An appointment described by the named club as ‘interim’, ‘caretaker’, ‘temporary’
(including an appointment described as ‘to the end of the season’) or similar, will not
constitute first team manager unless an individual appointed by the named club on an
‘interim’, ‘caretaker’, ‘temporary’ (including an appointment described as ‘to the end of the
season’) or similar basis who remains manager in that capacity for at least 10 completed
consecutive Domestic League games (including over the course of more than a single
season), will be considered to have been appointed as the next first team manager for the
purpose of this market and we will settle the market accordingly on that person.
2. The actual duration of the manager’s contract will not be relevant for the purpose of this
market.
3. This market will be settled using official information provided by the named club. We
reserve the right to wait for further official announcements before the market is settled.
4. In the event that the named club change the structure of their management team and do
not call the appointed individual first team manager, We will settle the market on the
individual who is responsible for picking the first team. In the event of any ambiguity over the
appointment, we may determine using our reasonable discretion how to settle the market
based on all the information available to us at the relevant time.
Next Team to Score
Bets are settled on the team to score the next goal in a match. Own goals do count for this
market e.g. If Arsenal are playing Spurs and the first goal is an own goal by an Arsenal
player then Spurs would be the winner in the first 'Next Team to Score' market. Normal 90
minutes betting rules apply.
Number of Corners
Bets are settled on the total number of corners within 90 minutes. The typical starting values
are:
● Under 10
● Between 10 and 12
● Over 12
These values may fluctuate as the match progresses. The market is for 90 minutes only, so
any corners that take place in extra time do not count for betting purposes.
Corners awarded but not taken will not count for settling purposes.
This bet cannot be combined with any other bets on the same match. Should this bet be
accepted in error, it will be settled by equally dividing the stake unit where the related
outcomes clash.
Number of Offsides
The result returned by OPTA will be used for settlement of this market. OPTA Sports Data
supply official results to a wide range of media outlets, both in print and online.
Own Goals
Own Goals count for all markets, unless stated otherwise.
Penalty Markets
Markets offering odds on penalties being scored or missed will be settled with all selections
as losers in the event of no penalty being awarded.
Penalty Shoot Outs
The in-play markets "Shootout winner", "Outcome of Next Penalty", "Sudden death?" and
"Total penalties converted" apply only to the result of a penalty shootout. Penalties scored in
normal time and/or extra time will not count for the purposes of this market. A shootout is
deemed to have gone to sudden death if both sides have taken 5 penalties each and the
score remains level. Sudden death rounds of one kick each are then taken until one team
scores and the other team does not.
In the event that a match does not go to a penalty shootout, all bets on these four in-play
markets will be void.
Player of the Tournament
Player of the Tournament bets are settled on the player to receive the 'Golden Ball' award.
The winner will be determined by the first announcement made by the website of the official
governing body of the tournament, subsequent alterations will be ignored for settlement
purposes.
Player Ratings
● Highest Rated Player
● Highest Rated Player W/O X Player
● Highest Rated Player Outright
● Player to have the most shots
● Player to make the most tackles
The markets "Highest Rated Player", "Highest Rated Player W/O X Player", "Highest Rated
Player Outright", "Player to have the most Shots" and "Player to make the most tackles" will
be settled according to the first statistics published at www.whoscored.com . Further
alterations will not be considered. Where these results are not published by
www.whoscored.com , the markets will be void. In the event that any match goes into extra
time all www.whoscored.com related markets will be settled based on the results after 120
minutes, and penalties where applicable. Dead heat rules apply. All players to play a part in
the match will be deemed as runners, with those not taking part settled as non-runners.
Other players will be available on request and any unquoted player can be deemed the
winner. 'Highest Rated player' is independent of any 'Man of the Match' market settlement.
Highest Rated Player - In the event that more than 1 player receives the same performance
rating, the highest rated player market will be settled according to which player receives the
green star on the www.whoscored.com website.
Highest Rated Player W/O X Player - In the event that the player excluded is awarded the
Highest Rating and the green star, and more than 1 other player receives the same 2nd
highest performance rating, the highest rated player w/o market will be settled as a dead
heat between however many players scored the same performance rating to 2 decimal
places.
Highest Rated Player Outright - Offered on tournaments. This will be settled based on the
player with the highest overall average score for the tournament. Only players with total
appearances greater than the average number of appearances for the tournament qualify
and are displayed on www.whoscored.com. Dead heat rules will apply should more than 1
player end on the same average to 2 decimal places.
Player to Score the Winning Goal
Bets are settled on the player to score in the match within 90 minutes. If a match is not
completed, all bets will be void.
We will make every effort to quote prices for all probable players. However, prices for
unquoted players will always be available on request and those players will count as winners
in the event that they score the winning goal.
If a team wins by more than one goal, the separating goal will be deemed as the winning
goal - if a match finishes 3-1, the player who scores to make it 2-1 will be settled as the
winner.
Own goals do not count; if an own goal is deemed the winning goal, settlement carries over
to the next goal - if a match finishes 2-0 after an own goal makes it 1-0, the scorer of the
goal to make it 2-0 will be deemed the winner. If the winning goal is an own goal with no
further goals scored after (i.e. 1-0) all bets will stand.
Player vs Player Match Bets
For player vs player bets (e.g. which player will be booked first, or which player will score
more goals) both players must start the match for bets to stand.
Postponed/Rearranged Matches
If a match is postponed or cancelled, any bets struck prior to the scheduled start of this
match will be deemed void.
Regular Play (1X2)
All 3-way markets will be settled on regular play unless otherwise stated. This includes any
added injury or stoppage time but does not include scheduled extra time or penalty
shoot-outs, if played.
For matches with an incorrect format i.e ones that are not completed as advertised (e.g. is
not a 90 minute match, is split into 3 periods rather than 2 halves or 2 halves of 40 minutes
are played) the following rules apply:
Bets places on pre-match
● The 3 way market will be settled
● All other markets will be made void
Bets placed in-play
● The 3 way market will be made void (on the premise of wrong odds)
● Any 1st half and match markets already determined at the end of the 1st half only will
be settled
● Not determined markets and full-time/second half markets will be void.
For any match offered In Play as advertised (e.g. 3 periods rather than 2 halves or 2 halves
of 40 minutes are played) all bets will stand.
Related Contingencies in one Match
Where we offer various betting opportunities from the same match (e.g. Correct Score, First
Player to Score etc) these cannot be combined in accumulative bets where the outcome is
related (except where special fixed prices are available for Scorecasts).
Where an accumulative bet of this type as been accepted in error we will create a price that
reflects the scenario relevant to the time the bet was placed. If this is not possible, each part
of the bet including a related contingency will be settled at the largest individual event price
involved.
For example:
A £10 Double:-
Manchester United to win in 90 minutes play (6/4) and Manchester United to win 2-1 (5/1) is
settled as a £10 single at 5/1 (the largest of the 2 individual event prices).
Result After XX Minutes
Betting on who is winning a match at specified times throughout the match.
Markets are settled on the score at 14:59 for the 15 minute market; 29:59 for the 30 minute
market; 59:59 for the 60 minute market and 74:59 for the 75 minute market.
Results
In the case of Football and other Sports, bets are settled on the first result published by the
official source/governing body or alternatively the official website of the relevant event,
immediately after the match/event is finished. Any subsequent corrections or amendments to
this result will not apply for settlement purposes.
Scorecasts (First Player to Score and Correct Score)
To win you must successfully forecast both the player who will score the first goal in a
selected match and also the correct score after 90 minutes play.
Scorecasts are available on all matches where Correct Score and First Player to Score odds
are quoted on this website.
The Scorecast 0-0 and no Goalscorer is settled as a correct score single.
If your selected player joins the match after the first goal has been scored or does not take
part in the game, Scorecast bets will revert to a single on the Correct Score.
For First Goalscorer purposes, own goals do not count, so in this circumstance, the
Scorecast will be settled on the next goalscorer and Correct Score of the game. If the correct
score is 1-0 and the goal is an own goal, Scorecast bets are settled as a correct score
single.
If a match is abandoned prior to the completion of 90 minutes and a goal has been scored,
Scorecast bets are settled as First Goalscorer singles. If no goal has been scored, all bets
are void.
Season Handicap Betting
Season Handicap bets are settled by adding (or subtracting) the handicap start value to the
final points total of all selections in the market at the end of the season. In the event of a tie,
dead heat rules apply.
Season Match Betting
Season match bets are settled on which of two teams will place highest in the league at the
end of the season. If teams finish level on points then the tie breaker used by the league
(e.g. goal difference or head-to-head records) will decide the winner.
Team to Lead at Anytime
Bets are settled when a team takes the lead in a match. Own Goals DO count for this market
e.g. Chelsea are playing Spurs and Chelsea take the lead through an own goal by a Spurs
player. Chelsea are awarded the goal, so the 'Chelsea' selection becomes a winner in the
'Team to Lead at Anytime' market. Both teams can be settled as winners in this market e.g. if
Chelsea go 1-0 up and then Spurs go 2-1 ahead, both teams have lead in the match and
therefore both selections are winners. Normal 90 minutes betting rules apply.
If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on this market will be made void
except where settlement has already been determined. For example, if either or both teams
have led at the point the match is abandoned then "Yes" will be settled as the winner for the
relevant selection(s).
Team to Score First and Last
If the game ends in a goalless draw, all bets on this market are void. Extra time does not
count for the purposes of this market.
The Total Result
A prediction on the result at the end of normal time and either over or under the stated goal
line.
The match must reach a natural conclusion for bets to stand. If the match is abandoned after
it has commenced, all bets will be void irrespective of the score at the point of abandonment.
Time of Acceptance of Football Bets
Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick off time. Bets may also be accepted up to 5
minutes after kick-off time as long as a goal has not been scored, or a player sent off.
In some matches we also offer bet in play prices on the result at 90 minutes. Normally bets
are accepted up to the 90th minute, although this may change depending on the
circumstances of the match. On certain occasions bets may also be taken during extra-time.
Time of First Goal
For settlement purposes the 1st minute of the game is from 1 second to 59 seconds. The
2nd minute is from 1 minute to 1 minute 59 seconds and so on. For example, if a bet is
placed on the first goal to be scored between 1 and 10 minutes and a goal is scored at 10
minutes 49 seconds, the bet is a loser as this falls within the 11 to 20 minutes time frame.
If a goal is scored in injury time of the first half, the winning selection will be the 41-50mins
bracket. If a goal is scored in injury time of the second half. the winning selection would be
the 81-90mins bracket.
If the match is abandoned after the first goal has been scored then all bets will stand. If no
goal has been scored all bets will be void.
Time of Next Home/Away Goal
In games played at a neutral venue, the home side will be deemed to be the first named one.
For example, if an event is called 'Italy vs Spain', then Italy would be the 'home' team as they
are named first and Spain would be the 'away' team.
Time of Next Match Goal
If a goal is scored in injury time of the first half, the winning selection will be the 41-50mins
bracket. If a goal is scored in injury time of the second half, the winning selection would be
the 81-90mins bracket.
Timing of Corners and Penalty Kicks
For settlement purposes, the timing of any corners and penalty kicks will be based upon the
time the kick was taken and not the time at which it was awarded.
To Win Both Halves
The 90 minute match is treated as two separate 45 minute 'mini-matches' and therefore your
selection must score more goals than the other team in each of the two halves.
For example, if your selection scores in the first half of a match and the match finishes 1-0,
although the first half was won 1-0 , the score in the second 45 minutes was effectively 0-0
and therefore a draw. If this occurs, only the first half is considered to have been 'won' and
therefore bets would be losers.
Top League/Tournament/Team Goalscorer
Bets placed on a player to be the top scorer in a given league are based on regular season
games only. Any goals scored in subsequent play-off games do not count for betting
purposes. Once a player is named in the squad and has the opportunity to play in the league
that season, bets will stand.
Bets placed on a player to be the top scorer in a given tournament, or to be Top Team
Goalscorer in a given tournament, will stand as long as the player is named in the squad and
has the opportunity to play in the named tournament. If more than one player finishes on the
same number of goals, then dead heat rules apply (any tournament top scorer award, for
example "Golden Boot" is ignored for settlement purposes). Goals scored in Extra-Time will
count, but goals scored within Penalty Shootouts will not count.
Top Goalscorer and Team To Win
Where there is a special price for a tournament Top Goalscorer and Team To Win, any dead
heat occurring in the Top Tournament Goalscorer part of the bet will be applied to the whole
special bet. For example, if Mario Gomez to be Top Scorer and Germany To Win the
Tournament is 12/1, and Mario Gomez ties for Top Scorer with another player, the ½ dead
heat for Mario Gomez would be applied directly to the full stake of the whole special bet
before subsequent settlement at 12/1.
Top X Team (Tournament)
Top Team bets will be settled on the stage of elimination. Dead Heat rules apply. For
example, in the World Cup, if all market selections go out in the group stage, they will all be
settled as winners with dead heat rules irrespective of points scored in the group stage. For
the World Cup Semi-Finals, settlement will be based on the result of the third/fourth place
play-off match.
Total Goals Odd or Even
Bets are settled on whether the total number of goals scored within 90 minutes, will be an
odd or an even number. Extra-time and penalties do not count. If the total number of goals in
a game is zero (i.e. the final score is 0 - 0) then "Even" is considered the winning selection.
This bet cannot be combined with any other bets on the same match. Should this bet be
accepted in error, it will be settled by equally dividing the stake unit where the related
outcomes clash.
Total League Goals (Under/Over)
In the bet, patrons are asked to predict whether the total number of goals scored in that
league on a particular date will be over or under a certain number. Only games played on
the named date will count. In the event of a postponed match, all bets will be void and a
revised market will be created.
Total Shots in Game
Blocked shots do not count for the purposes of this market. The result returned by OPTA will
be used for settlement of this market. OPTA Sports Data supply official results to a wide
range of media outlets, both in print and online.
Total Throw-ins in Match
The result returned by OPTA will be used for settlement of this market. OPTA Sports Data
supply official results to a wide range of media outlets, both in print and online.
Trialists
Trialists do not count for First (or Last) Player to Score bets.
VAR Decisions
For games where video assistant referee (VAR) is used, the following rules will apply. In
addition, the company reserves the right to suspend the Cash Out option before, during or
after VAR, until the outcome of which is determined by an official decision. Scoreboard
information is for indicative purposes only and dependent on VAR outcomes all markets will
be settled, or resettled if necessary, on the official result.
a) Goals will be deemed to have occurred at the actual time of their occurrence, not the time
the goal was confirmed by VAR. Where a market has been settled, the outcome of which is
reversed following a subsequent VAR, the company reserves the right to resettle affected
bets according to the VAR outcome.
b) Penalties: · If a penalty is ordered to be retaken by VAR for whatever reason, then the
original penalty will not count towards any official settlement. Further, if VAR subsequently
rules a penalty should be retaken, this will still count as one penalty has been kicked for
settlement purposes. · If a penalty is awarded then reversed by the referee following VAR,
bets will stand for the next penalty. · If a penalty is awarded but the penalty taker is
penalized for an infringement, then this will not count as a penalty taken.
c) VAR Reviews: Bets are settled on regular play only. If a referee changes a decision after
consulting with the Video Assistant Referee (VAR), then this decision will be deemed a VAR
Review and bets settled accordingly, a VAR Check takes place in the background and is not
made by the referee. All bets will be settled on VAR Review only and not VAR Checks.
Example: The referee makes a signal that a VAR Review is underway by making a TV signal
with his hands, this indicates that a VAR Review will take place and the referee will review
the incident. Any subsequent decision made by the referee following the VAR review will
count for betting purposes. VAR Checks do not count. If a match is abandoned, any bets
where the outcome has already been decided will stand, all other bets will be void.
What will happen to a player first?
Bet on what will happen first to a nominated player during the course of a game, e.g.
substituted, sent off etc.
"Set up a goal" or "Goal assist" is defined as the last player from the scoring team to touch
the ball before the Goalscorer. It must be from open play - corners and free-kicks do not
count. Players brought down for penalties are not credited with an assist. Own goals cannot
be assisted - e.g. if a player crosses the ball in and it is headed in by an opponent, no assist
is credited.
If a player does not start the game, then bets are void.
Wincast
To win you must successfully forecast a player to score anytime during 90 minutes and also
the result of the match after 90 minutes.
Bets stand as long as your selected player plays some part in the match. If your selected
player does not take any part in the match, Wincast bets will be settled as void.
If a match is abandoned prior to the completion of 90 minutes, Wincast bets are settled as
Anytime Goalscorer singles as long as the player played some part in the match and
therefore had an opportunity to score.
Futsal
All match markets will be settled on regulation time (specific to the competition governing
body) inclusive of time added by the referee but excluding Overtime/Extra-Time and
Penalties, unless stated otherwise. This includes Match Odd/Even, which in the event of no
score will be settled as Even.
Regulation time must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement is already
determined.
Should a match be abandoned before the end of regulation time then all bets will be
declared void unless a definitive result for that market has already been determined prior to
abandonment.
Half bets will be settled at the end of the specified half (including any time added by the
referee but excluding any extra-time played). In the event of a specific half not being
completed bets will be void, unless settlement is already determined.
Timed Markets
For settlement purposes the 1st minute of the game is from 1 second to 59 seconds. The
2nd minute is from 1 minute to 1 minute 59 seconds and so on. For example, if a bet is
placed on a goal being scored between 1 and 10 minutes and a goal is scored at 10 minutes
49 seconds, the bet is a loser as this falls within the 11 to 20 minutes time frame.
Tournament Betting
Predicting which selection will win a tournament.
Bets are settled on the official result immediately after the last match in the tournament has
taken place and any subsequent amendments or inquiries will not affect bets.
To Qualify/Lift Trophy/Win Shootout bets include overtime and penalties.
Gaelic Sports
Outright Betting
All bets stand regardless of season length, provincial or qualifier format.
Match Betting
Unless otherwise stated all Gaelic Sports bets are settled on regulation time only (including
injury-time); Extra-time does not count unless specified. Where a market specifically includes
overtime and the game finishes level after overtime then bets will be void.
Bets will be settled on official GAA (Gaelic Athletics Association) result only.
If either team does not play then bets will be void.
If a match venue is changed, bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still
designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, then bets
placed based on the original listing will be void.
Bets on postponed matches are void unless the matches are re-arranged and played in the
same 'Gaelic Week' (Monday - Sunday inclusive).
Bets on abandoned matches are void apart from markets where the outcome is already
determined.

Home / Away Goals 5-Way
Winning Margin/Winning Margin 5-Way
Draw option is available.
Golf
In tournaments affected by adverse weather, bets will be settled on the final placings
providing a minimum of 36 holes have been played, unless the tournament is played on
more than one course. In that instance all players must have completed their rounds at each
of the tournament courses for bets to stand. In the event of the number of scheduled rounds
not being completed all bets accepted after the last completed round shall be void and
stakes refunded, unless a play-off determines the winner. In such cases only bets
specifically taken for the play-off will stand.
A player is deemed to have played once they have teed off. In the event of a player
withdrawing after having teed off, stakes will be lost.
If a tournament is decided by a play-off this will count for determining the winner. Dead heat
rules will apply for placings with players on the same finishing score.
Tournament Match Betting
The winner will be the player achieving the highest placing at the end of the tournament,
including play-off. If one player misses the cut, the other is deemed the winner. Where both
players miss the cut, the lowest score after the cut has been made will determine settlement.
If one player is disqualified, either prior to the completion of two rounds or after both players
have made the cut, the other player is deemed the winner. If a player is disqualified during
either the 3rd or 4th rounds, when his opponent has already missed the cut, the disqualified
player is deemed the winner. If a price for the tie is not offered a match involving players
achieving the same placing will be void.
Group Betting/Top Country Players etc
The winner will be the player achieving the highest placing at the end of the tournament. Any
player missing the cut will be considered a loser. If all players miss the cut, the lowest score
after the cut has been made will determine settlement. Players are grouped together for
betting purposes only. Non-starter no bet, rule 4 may apply. Dead heat rules apply except
where the winner is determined by a play-off.
18 Hole Betting
The winner will be the player with the lowest score over 18 holes. In the event of a 2 or 3 ball
being rearranged or being displayed differently by us, all bets will stand on the groupings
displayed when the bet was placed. If any players do not start then that 2 or 3 ball will be
void. In 2 ball betting, if both players achieve the same score and a price for the tie is not
offered, bets will be void. In 3 ball betting, if all players achieve the same score bets will be
void, otherwise dead heat rules will apply. When special bets are offered grouping more than
3 players over one round dead heat rules will apply. Non-starter no bet.
To Make/Miss the Cut
If a player withdraws or is disqualified before the cut is made then they will be deemed a
loser. Any player making the cut, and then withdraws or is disqualified, will be deemed a
winner. The bet is void if the player takes no part in the tournament.
Round Leader Market
Dead heat rules apply to both win and placed positions. For example, a player ties for 3rd
with 5 other players, i.e. 5 players all tied 3rd, a 1/5th reduction to winnings would apply to
markets where 3 places are offered
Place 1st 5/10/20
Dead heat rules apply. For instance in top 20 betting, a player ties for 20th with 5 other
players, i.e. 6 players all tied 20th, a 1/6th reduction to winnings would apply. If 2 players tied
for 10th in top 10 betting then a ½ reduction would occur
2-Ball Tie No Bet
Both players must tee off for bets to stand.
If a player withdraws or is disqualified during the round, the other player is deemed the
winner. If both players withdraw or are disqualified during the round, bets will be made void..
In the event of both players returning the same score over 18 holes, then all bets will be
void.
Greyhound Racing
All our general rules apply to both horse and greyhound racing equally, except where they
are superseded by the following rules, which are specifically applicable to greyhound racing.
Bets on named greyhounds which do not run will be made void. If only the trap number is
selected then the reserve will be substituted.
Bets are accepted win or each way at starting price, show price or early price if available.
Place only bets are not accepted and if taken in error will be void.
Place terms
In races of 5-7 runners we pay 1/4 odds 1st and 2nd places. In races of 8 runners, we pay
1/5 odds 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Where races have less than 5 runners, the place money
goes all on to win.
All bets on unnamed greyhound favorites or trap numbers must state the correct time and
meeting, however, where the meeting is omitted, but the collective race times can only apply
to one particular meeting, then the bets will stand for that meeting. If the time applies to more
than one main meeting stakes will be equally proportioned for settlement purposes.
Greyhound bets on unnamed second favorites are not accepted and if taken in error will be
made void.
Trap Challenges
Available at selected meetings as advertised. Bets stand irrespective of any non-runners. In
the event of one race being declared void or abandoned all bets will stand. In the event of
two or more races being void or abandoned, then all bets will be made void, unless further
results could not affect the outcome. If any race(s) result is a dead heat between two
runners, then half a point will be awarded to each dead heated trap numbers. In the event of
two or more trap numbers sharing the highest number of wins, dead heat rules will apply.
Winning Distances
Available at selected meetings as advertised. Maximum make up per race is ten lengths. In
the event of a race being declared void or abandoned and not re-run, 2 lengths will be
awarded. In the event of two or more races being declared void or abandoned all bets will be
made void, unless further races could not affect the result.
Winning Favorites
Available at selected meetings as advertised. Points are awarded for each race as follows;
25 points awarded if the favorite finishes first, 10 points awarded if the favorite finishes
second. In the event of two or more runners being joint favorites, the lowest numbered trap
will be deemed the selection for the favorites market. In the event of one race being
declared void or abandoned then 10 points will be awarded. In the event of two or more
races being declared void or abandoned then all bets will be made void unless further races
could not effect the result.
If a greyhound is withdrawn from a race, bets placed prior to the withdrawal at Early or Show
prices will be settled at SP.
Where the meeting is nominated, but the incorrect time stated falls within 5 minutes of a
race, e.g. 7.46 Crayford, a selection timed 7.43 Crayford will stand. In all other cases the
selection will be void, e.g. 7.40 Crayford would be void.
We do not accept tote bets on greyhound racing. Any such bets accepted in error will be
settled at the starting price equivalent.

Horse Racing
UK and Ireland Horse Racing
If no official SP is returned, if no price is taken, then all bets will be settled at the last Industry
show passed. If no Industry show is given then bets will be settled on the last available price.
If on the day of a race the surface is altered (e.g. Turf to All Weather or vice versa), then
bets will stand.
AntePost
AntePost wagers are accepted on the basis all-in run or not, entered or not. Except where
specifically stated otherwise, stakes are lost on an AntePost bet if a selection does not take
part and no Rule 4 (Deductions) is made from winning AntePost bets. If a race is postponed
to another day, bets placed in the AntePost book will stand, providing the initial entry stage is
not re-opened, in which case bets are void. If a race is abandoned, or declared void, bets
placed in the AntePost book will be void.
When the same horse is taken to win two or more races in AntePost doubles, trebles and
accumulators special reduced odds will be offered.
.
Jockey Club Rule 121 decrees that Stewards are empowered to reduce the numbers in a
race if, at the overnight declaration stage, too many have been left in for the safety of horses
and jockeys. AntePost bets on horses compulsorily withdrawn will be void and stakes
returned. Bookmakers in these circumstances are authorized to make appropriate
deductions from winning bets on the race, depending on the price(s) of the withdrawn
horse(s) at the time of withdrawal in accordance with Rule 4 (Deductions). On the 'Day of the
Race Prices' Rule 4 (Deductions) will also apply.
AntePost bets are settled at the Price and Place terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
Should a wrong Price or Place terms be given in error we reserve the right to settle the bet at
the correct Price/Place terms that were available at the time the bet was struck.
Should a wager struck at a price on the day of an event couple selection(s) in that event with
selection(s) in future event(s) then if the first selection(s) does not run the wager will be
executed on the remaining selection(s) on the basis of all-in, run or not.
Postponed/Rescheduled Races
If a race is postponed or rescheduled, either to later in the day or to another day and final
declarations stand then bets stand. However, single bets on horse racing will be made void
and any selection involved in accumulative bets will be treated as a non-runner if:
The race is abandoned.
The race is officially declared void.
The conditions of the race are altered after bets are made (as defined under Tattersalls
rules).
The venue is altered.
The running surface is altered (e.g. Turf to Dirt/All Weather or vice versa).
Each Way Betting
Bets are settled to win unless Each Way is selected. An Each Way bet is a bet of twice the
selected unit stake. It contains one bet of unit stake on the selection to Win and one bet of
unit stake on the selection to be Placed according to the terms advertised for the event. In
general, for UK horse racing the Place part of Each Way bets will be settled as per the
following Place terms:
Handicaps of 16 or more runners, one quarter the odds, first four places.
Handicaps of 12 to 15 runners, one quarter the odds, first three places.
All other races of 8 or more runners, one fifth the odds, first three places.
Races of 5, 6 or 7 runners, one quarter the odds, first two places.
Less than 5 runner, the place money is invested to Win.
In all races the number of runners shall be the number of runners coming under starters
orders. Bets will not be accepted where the Place stake exceeds the Win stake. Each Way
doubles, trebles and accumulators will be settled Win to Win and Place to Place in
accordance with the above.
Forecast Betting
Forecasts are accepted for all races of 3 or more actual runners and will be settled as a
straight forecast (selections to finish 1st and 2nd in correct order) in accordance with the
computer straight forecast dividend. If there are less than 3 actually running in a race then all
forecasts for that race will be void. In the event of no straight forecast dividend being
declared then forecasts will be settled in accordance with the NSL straight forecast chart
provided that 3 or more actually run in that race.
You may take early prices or show prices in straight forecasts when available, in a fixed
price forecast. If any withdrawals result in a total Rule 4 (Deductions) of £0.10 in the £ or
greater than a fixed price forecast will be settled at the computer forecast dividend.
Where a client selects combination forecasts A B C and stakes for 6 bets this will be settled
as 6 straight forecasts as follows:
AB BA
AC CA
BC CB
Forecast bets are not accepted containing unnamed favorites.
Should any forecast contain a non-runner, the total stake will be placed to Win on the other
selection, unless a non-runner results in less than 3 actually running in a race; then all
forecasts for that race will be void. In fixed price forecasts the remaining selections will be
settled at SP.
In races where a horse finishes alone and no forecast dividend is returned then all forecast
bets nominating that horse to finish first will be settled as a Win single at SP on the winning
horse. All other forecast bets in the race are lost.
In the event of two or more horses dead-heating for first or second place then separate
dividends will be declared and paid to each qualifying forecast. In fixed price forecasts the
full odds will be paid with the stake split according to the number of horses which dead-heat.
Forecast Doubles/Trebles/Patents/Yankees
Forecast Accumulators are only accepted as part of a Forecast Yankee. Any other bet which
includes a Forecast Accumulator will be void win or lose. We do not accept Forecast
Lucky15's.
In Forecast Doubles, Trebles and Yankees, should one of the stated Forecasts include a
non-runner then total returns from any winning Forecast(s), Forecast Double(s), etc., will be
invested as a Win single(s) on the remaining selection.
Tricast Betting
You may take early prices or show prices in straight tricasts when available, in a fixed price
tricast. This is available on all horse races of 8 or more runners. If any withdrawals result in a
total Rule 4 (Deductions) of £0.10 in the £ or greater than a fixed price tricast will be settled
at the computer tricast dividend. However if no computer tricast dividend is declared (e.g. in
non handicaps) then a fixed price tricast will be settled as a computer straight forecast on the
first two named selections irrespective of where the third named selection finishes.
The following applies to both tricasts and fixed price tricasts: if one selection is a non-runner
then the bet will be settled as a straight forecast at the computer forecast dividend. If there
are two non-runners then the bet will be settled as an SP single on the remaining selection.
Tricasts are not accepted including unnamed favorites.
In the event of two or more horses dead-heating for first, second or third place then separate
dividends will be declared and paid to each qualifying tricast. In fixed price tricasts the full
odds will be paid with the stake split according to the number of horses which dead-heat.
Tricasts are accepted for singles only.
Walkovers and Void Horse Races
Walkovers and void races count as races but any horse so involved will be treated as a
non-runner for settlement purposes.
Non UK and Ireland
For some of the major overseas horse races an industry SP and forecast/tricast may be
declared. In these cases, if no price is taken then bets will be settled based on the industry
declared SP and forecast/tricast dividends. Normal place terms will apply for Each-way
betting.
The above also applies to bets placed for racing in Dubai.
If on the day of a race the surface is altered (e.g. Turf to All Weather or vice versa), then
bets will stand.

unless otherwise stated. If this scheduled format is not played then bets will be void, with the
exception of game props where the result has already been determined.
There must be 5 minutes or less of scheduled game time left for bets to have action, unless
the specific market outcome is already determined.
All Competitions/Matches (unless otherwise stated) - All Markets Pre-Game and In-Play

Match Tie Betting - Settlement will be based on the official result.
Single-Set Match Betting - Specifically for the final single-set match of a Match Tie,
settlement of markets will be based on the first player(s) to reach 5 games (and the score at
that point), and will ignore any subsequent ‘catch up’ games played in the set.
If during a set a player is substituted, all bets will stand.
TV Specials
We will sometimes offer special betting opportunities on television programs. The rules
for these markets are not specified, therefore in these instances, please contact patron
support for more information prior to placing a bet.
Volleyball
If a match is abandoned before the match is finished , all bets on that match are void,
except for those markets which have been unconditionally determined.
If a match is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start
time, your bet on the match will stand unless cancelled by mutual consent. However if a
match in the Olympics or World Championships is postponed bets will stand providing the
match is rescheduled to take place before the closing ceremony.
If the match is no longer playing at the venue advertised, your bet will still stand. This applies
as long as the venue has not been changed to the opponent's ground (or in the case of
international matches, as long as the venue remains in the same country).
In the event of a match not taking place or if a player/team is given a walkover, bets on that
match are void.
Where a player/team is withdrawn prior to the start of a tournament, we reserve the right to
apply a Rule 4 deduction.
Water Polo
Bets will be settled according to the official result as declared by the Water Polo governing
body.
Where odds for both outright and handicap betting are available, all bets are settled on the
outright price, unless the handicap or qualifying price has been specifically selected at the
time your bet was placed. However, where only Handicap betting is available all bets will be
settled on the advertised Handicap price and conditions. Winning margin betting is from
scratch.
