What is my “Cache” and Why Should I Clear it?
When you first access a website, your browser will save certain information to optimize speed. In this way, the next time you visit that site, the use of cached files will help cut down page load time.
If the website updates any information that your browser has cached, you will not be able to see the updated changes. The browser will continue to load the old, cached version of the file
There are some situations when refreshing your browser will not be sufficient. This reloads the webpage while still using the old files from the cache. You need to refresh your cache first!

Remote Desktop Program (RDP) Running on your Device
A Remote Desktop Program (RDP) is software that allows remote access to a computer. If an RDP is running on your computer, we are unable to accurately verify your location, as required by Colorado gaming regulations.
Many programs may be recognized as RDP’s which may include software such as ‘TeamViewer’, ‘AnyDesk’, ‘LogMeIn Pro’, ‘LogMeIn Rescue’, ‘GoToAssist’ and/or any work based internet connections such as VPNs or proxy servers.
Please be aware that simply running this software in the background while using SportsBetting.com on your device is enough to prevent access. Please close the Remote Desktop Program the same way you would any other program and try connecting to SportsBetting.com again.
