At the moment you have made a deposit, the amount will appear added to your account and it will show you at the top right.
- Although a top-up is immediate, please take into consideration that it may take up to 24 hours to confirm a transaction.
- It could be the case that you have disabled the option `show balance´ from your account.
If this is the case, you would have different options to see if the deposit has reached your account.
1. Click the button `Show balance in header´ through `My account´.
2. Click on `My Account´, it will display a window showing your total cash balance and by clicking ´Transaction History´ and `Deposit´, it will show you all the deposits made with the exact date and time.
If you have deposited but after you have done all the steps above, the deposit still hasn’t reached your account. contact our support team. Please, be aware that support may ask you to send us a copy of your card or e-wallet statement showing the deposit made into your account.
